Chief System Reliability Specialist

As a reliability engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the system's availability, performance, and scalability. Your primary focus will be on defining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee system reliability.
You will monitor system performance, reduce toil, and implement capacity planning and scaling to maintain a high level of system stability. Additionally, you will automate reliability improvements to ensure production systems are always reliable and performant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs for reliability
- Monitoring system performance and reducing toil
- Capacity planning and scaling
- Automating reliability improvements
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud engineering and infrastructure as code (IAC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Azure cloud background with IAC skill
- Highly motivated self-driven individual with a positive attitude
