This role designs and delivers professional learning programs and resources that drive practice change and strengthen sector responsiveness. • Build and maintain effective relationships with practitioners, sector partners, victims and survivors, and other key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and success.
  • Collaborate with the Lived Experience Team to ensure safe, ethical and supported engagement with survivors, so their expertise meaningfully informs all initiatives.
  • Manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in social sciences, education, community development or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering capability-building initiatives, ideally within the health, community or social services sectors.
  • Confident facilitation skills to deliver engaging and inclusive trainings, workshops and professional learning programs.
  • Ability to translate complex evidence and research into practical resources and tools that drive practice change.
  • Natural collaborator, able to build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly flexible and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to emerging needs, shifting priorities and evolving sector contexts.
