We are seeking suitable applicants to join our team for casual or fixed-term administrative roles. No prior experience in a court environment is required, and flexible options will be considered for part-time hours.
Candidates must be available for court sitting timeframes.

Administration OfficerThis role contributes to the court through high-level customer service and efficient administrative functions, including responding to customer enquiries and listing matters for court.
The following responsibilities include:
- Providing high-level customer service
- Responding to telephone and front counter customer enquiries
- Listing matters for court
- Registering court-related documents
To succeed in this role, you will need personal resilience, excellent attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Court ClerkThis role supports the operations of the court by coordinating and recording proceedings in court and in chambers, as well as undertaking associated administrative tasks.
The following responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and recording proceedings in court and in chamber
- Undertaking range of administrative and clerical functions
- Working closely with magistrates and court users
To succeed in this role, you will need a high level of personal resilience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Essential requirements include passing pre-employment checks, which may include identity verification, disciplinary action history, and background checks.
