Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Professional Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to managers and employees, handling performance, employee relations, and workforce scenarios.

You will oversee mobilisation, demobilisation, and project activities related to key workforce projects. This will involve building strong relationships with the workforce and management.

This is a fast-paced, varied environment where new projects and growth opportunities abound. You will have the chance to make a tangible impact and stretch yourself in your career.

About the Role:
  • You will coach and guide managers on effective people management, building strong relationships, and managing employee performance with confidence.
  • You will be part of exciting, groundbreaking projects, including decommissioning work in Bass Strait.
  • You will travel once a month (overnight to Sale) and on day trips (to Geelong).
About You:
  • You should have experience in a similar role ideally within a heavy industry.
  • You must have a genuine interest in supporting and partnering with blue-collar workforce teams.
  • You will need the ability to confidently manage performance, advise managers on people strategies, and handle complex employee relations matters.
  • You should thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment where new projects and growth opportunities abound.
