Store Operations Manager Position

This is a full-time Store Operations Manager role where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Excellence
  • Customer Service
  • Team Management
  • Quality and Safety Standards

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring key performance indicators to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also supervise and coach team members to achieve their goals and ensure that food quality and safety standards are upheld.

You will possess strong leadership skills and be able to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required. If you have a passion for food and restaurant operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Natural Leadership - A highly motivated natural leader who can inspire and motivate team members
  • Pas-sion for Food and Restaurant Operations - A genuine passion for food and restaurant operations is essential for success in this role
  • Team Building - The ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Restaurant Management - 2 years minimum experience in restaurant management is preferred
