Love the great outdoors and leading from the front? We're on the lookout for a seasoned Store Manager to take the reins of our young, high-performing store. Just 13 months old and already making waves.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a small but high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve KPIs, and maintain a safe, engaging store environment.
  • Drive sales performance, inventory control, visual merchandising, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
  • Develop training, motivate staff, and manage diverse personalities to maximize performance.
  • Plan and manage a flexible roster and store operations to support business needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, recognition, teamwork, and a commitment to outdoors and sustainable practices.

Qualifications
  • Retail management experience
  • Proven ability to lead by example and deliver high levels of customer service
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team and manage a diverse range of personalities
  • Strong training, sales-driving, and results orientation
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting
  • Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is not essential; a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable
