Billing and Credit Risk Specialist Role

As a Billing and Credit Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating risks, managing stakeholders, and supporting remediation activities across various business units.

  1. Evaluate the nature of risks, including likelihood, sensitivity, impact scope, and interim remediation work using the risk matrix.
  2. Identify business ownership, confirm acceptance, manage stakeholders, and support remediation activities.
  3. Maintain the Risk Register and participate in monthly risk meetings.
  4. Prepare risk reports for senior management and collate closure documentation.
  5. Collaborate with the Risk Group to reflect B&C risks, maintain accountability, and lead risk workshops.
  6. Manage regulatory notices, maintain version control, and engage with bodies like ACCC, OAIC, ACMA, and TIO.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in credit risk management and remediation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

You will also be responsible for performing annual audits and compliance checks on policies, linking SOPs and controls to policies, maintaining a central library of audits and assessments, and recording non-compliance issues in the Risk register.
