Associate Structural Engineer Position Overview

In this role, you will work collaboratively with engineers across the business within multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects. Opportunities exist for developing and mentoring junior engineers as well as contributing to project delivery during the construction phase.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join our Sydney team as part of our national power business. This position offers a chance to expand your experience in structural design for power infrastructure, including substations, transmission line structures, foundations, switchyards, and renewable energy assets.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients, working both in the office and on-site. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across structural, civil, and electrical disciplines, gaining exposure to major energy projects while developing your technical expertise and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement structural design solutions for power infrastructure projects.

  3. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
