We are currently recruiting for a diverse team of professionals to join our waterpark.

Below are the key requirements for each role:

  • Lifeguards/Customer Service/Duty Managers:
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation and attitude
  • A valid Working with children check (desirable)
  • CPR certification (desirable)
  • First Aid certification (desirable)
  • Pool Lifeguard certification (desirable)

Food & Beverage Staff:

  • Supervising all customers within the aquatic environment
  • Providing clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely
  • Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required
  • Water testing, general cleaning and other maintenance duties

Duty Manager:

  • Leading, managing and inspiring team members on shift
  • First point of contact for staff on shift
  • Open and clear communication between team members
  • Ensuring the safety, health and well-being of all patrons
  • Administration and financial tasks
  • Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • POS processes including eftpos and cash handling
  • Preparing high-quality food in the kitchen while adhering to OHS policies and procedures
  • Barista and miscellaneous cafe duties
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure while maintaining high hygiene standards

Customer Service Duties:

  • Welcome patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk
  • Upsell memberships, visit passes and retail items to customers
