About the role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide support services to individuals with disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing care and support to clients in their own homes, within the community, and in group settings
  • Assisting with daily routines, including morning and evening care
  • Completing household tasks, such as cleaning, ironing, and laundry during night shifts
  • Working on an ad hoc basis to provide coverage for colleagues who are unable to work on short notice

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of flexibility and willingness to work at night time
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A current Police check/certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A First Aid/CPR certificate and experience in manual handling, PEG feeding, hoist operation, and bowel therapy
  • Experience working in the disability sector and proficiency in Spanish
