Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Program Planning Specialist.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the safe, efficient and effective delivery of our Transmission Maintenance Program.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing the annual preventative maintenance program for primary, secondary, communications and lines assets.
  • Overseeing the proposed costs and delivery timelines for the Corrective Maintenance plan.
  • Securing alternate funding for significant works and alternate delivery partners as required.
  • Reviewing the delivery partners' work planning and scheduling practices to ensure efficient and effective program delivery.
  • Producing reports and analytics to track delivery partner performance and suggest improvements in partner planning, scheduling, and works delivery.
  • Performing assurance reviews to ensure compliance with quality, process and data standards, support contractor audits and quickly resolve service provider issues.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a field delivery, engineering or contract management role.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and data analytics tools and techniques is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
