Job Description

We're looking for someone who loves getting outside and trying new things. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, sharing your knowledge of our products, and providing solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem-solving.
  • Become a product expert and seamlessly weave this information into customer interactions in an authentic way.
  • Champion our brand as an ambassador both in-store and in the community.
  • Develop your passions both in and out of the store with the support of the team.
  • Support in elevating the customer experience by working with the store leadership team on projects and brand initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to help drive sales.
  • Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and store leadership.
  • Support with and participate in various store tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
  • Answer store phones and respond to voicemails and store emails; occasionally, this may include responding on social media channels.
  • Utilize the Point-of-Sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns.
  • Receive and unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs).

Expectations:

  • All employees are expected to be available to work during peak periods, such as Black Friday and the holiday season.
  • You are fully accountable for and oversee the execution of all deliverables on the Product Guide Role and Responsibilities document.
  • You perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request.

Availability Requirements:

  • You are available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week.
  • Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager.
