About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at PRP Diagnostic Imaging in Bathurst. As a key member of our ultrasound team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound examinations independently, ensuring high-quality images and accurate diagnoses
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Collaborate with our team to provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Qualification in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound and current accreditation with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
  • Core competency in either General, Small parts, or MSK
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
  • A caring and respectful attitude towards patients
