About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director to join our team, focusing on delivering strategic finance transformation engagements across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

This high-profile role involves collaborating with esteemed clients and the national team, driving change and growth through the application of digital technologies and process enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in finance transformation, leadership skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams. They will be eager to broaden their expertise, work with diverse clients, and contribute to meaningful projects that harness their analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic finance transformation plans across EPM solutions.
  • Lead day-to-day activities, manage large teams, and identify risks and issues as they arise.
  • Form and maintain strong relationships with senior project stakeholders.
  • Articulate functional business requirements to technical requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:

  • A minimum of ten years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
  • Strong core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of the major phases of EPM implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level.
  • Ability to Travel as required.
