We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic AccorHotel team. As an Executive Pastry Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
About the Role- Assist with ordering necessary food items according to business needs and demands.
- Prepare and present menu items showcasing variety and flair within cost margins.
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures to minimize wastage.
- Maintain clean and organized working areas, ensuring all equipment is serviced and cleaned.
- Consistently produce high-quality food products.
- Meet all health and hygiene requirements.
- Prior experience as a Demi Chef is essential.
- Hold a current trade qualification and possess excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, multitask, and demonstrate flexibility.
- Passionate about food production and presentation with high standards.
- Willngness to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Unlimited work rights in Australia are required.
- Competitive salary package ($60,000 - $80,000 per annum).
