About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • As the face of the hotel, engage and inspire guests through every interaction, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities, and assist other front office associates as needed.
  • Lead your bell team in general operational tasks while providing support and guidance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Empower and support your team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and execute team-building activities to promote associate engagement and satisfaction.
About You
  • You hold relevant experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • You have a strong work ethic and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
