About the Role

Collaborate closely with the Clinical Systems Lead and Health Informatics Director in operational management of clinical information systems, focusing on system change management activities, business continuity, and user support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and communicate with digital health services partners for delivery of the Health Informatics Program.
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice on clinical systems used throughout the organization, including business continuity processes, change management, business rules, and system workflow testing.
  • Manage statewide clinical systems changes in consultation with digital partners, including planning, maintaining registers, testing, and communication.
  • Provide first-line support and training to staff on various clinical information systems.
  • Collect performance measures to analyze data, monitor benefits realized by introduction of clinical systems, considering quality and service improvement activities.
