Role Overview

Our ideal candidate will be an adaptable individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and demonstrate initiative to support students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with various departments and external service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide advice and referrals to students and staff, facilitating access to relevant college services.
  • Ensure compliance with building safety and security systems as a first aid officer.
  • Manage maintenance requests, coordinate mail and meetings, and oversee event logistics.
  • Support events by configuring rooms, liaising with caterers, and registering delegates.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills to build strong relationships.
  • Record management and data entry for student enrollment, including intermediate Excel and Word skills.
  • Apply attention to detail and excel in time management to meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of RTO Manager and PRISMS systems.
  • Familiarity with Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) and RTO Standards 2015.
  • Knowledge of Department of Education, Skills and Employment regulations.
  • Understanding of National Code 2018 and VET Industry requirements.
