Assistant Director Job Opportunity

Role Summary:

This key leadership position focuses on providing high-quality early learning and care as part of a collaborative team. As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in driving team performance and contributing to the overall management of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in leadership activities to maintain exceptional early learning and care services.
  • Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the centre effectively in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to drive quality improvements and best practices.

Centre Overview:

The centre provides comprehensive early learning and care services to children aged 0-6 years, fostering a nurturing environment that supports their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification.
