About the Role

We're not just about technology; we're about making a real impact on people's lives. As a senior engineer, you'll be part of a dedicated team that works on mobile apps. Your role will be crucial in delivering results through code and code reviews.

Your expertise will help us drive delivery by getting value into the hands of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data, to design, prototype, and implement product features.

We're looking for someone who can make architectural decisions, offer technical guidance, and mentor fellow developers. Experience in coaching and mentoring engineers is beneficial.

You'll also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and identifying opportunities to incorporate them into our mobile team's work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously deliver results through writing code and code reviews.
  • Lead and/or participate in technical and architectural discussions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement product features.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technology and architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow developers.
