Training Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organised professional to coordinate our training programs in various fields, including Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate courses from enrolment to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Support trainers with scheduling, resources and student progress, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective students, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Utilise systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS) to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partners, promoting mutual respect and understanding.
