Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to understand clients' requirements
  • Ensure the system is up to date with all requests
  • Coordinate with technicians to assist when needed
  • Update clients with the status of their jobs
  • Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond well
  • Solution-oriented attitude and natural flair to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Ability to use a computer and navigate software systems
  • Excellent attitude with a desire to learn and develop
