Job Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and task-driven Procurement Administrator to support our busy procurement and construction teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for high-volume data entry and administrative tasks to ensure our backend processes are efficient and effective.

This role suits someone who is methodical, reliable, and happy to work through consistent workflows with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: High-volume data entry of project, supplier, and cost information
  • Purchase Orders: Creating, issuing, and tracking purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics teams
  • Tender Packages: Assisting with tender packages, quotes, and agreement preparation
  • Document Control: Filing, scanning, document control, and keeping project folders up to date
  • Budget Tracking: Supporting weekly budget tracking and reporting via Jobpac
  • Project Documentation: Compiling and maintaining key project documentation
  • Meeting Support: Sitting in on consultant or team meetings to take minutes and track actions
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction administration or related industry exposure
  • High level of accuracy with data entry and document handling
  • Ability to work independently
  • A general understanding of construction terminology, materials, and workflows
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks with consistency and care
  • Exposure to Jobpac (preferred but not essential)
  • Construction White Card & C Class Driver's Licence
