This role is a critical position within the company's Industrial Relations team. As an expert in this field, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and compliance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret complex Enterprise Agreements and develop effective remediation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and project milestones are met.
- Design comprehensive testing regimes and review processes to ensure the payroll platform meets current obligations and remains resilient to future regulatory changes.
- Identify gaps and propose enhancements to contribute to the integrity and success of the new system.
- Considerable experience in industrial/employee relations with specialist expertise in employment law.
- Hands-on payroll experience and detailed understanding of relevant legislative frameworks; proven track record implementing compliance measures in large organisations.
- Experience engaging with Unions and strong understanding of union priorities and practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present findings, explain regulatory considerations, and facilitate training.
- Tertiary qualification in Employee/Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Law or related discipline.
