This role is a critical position within the company's Industrial Relations team. As an expert in this field, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with Unions and strong understanding of union priorities and practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present findings, explain regulatory considerations, and facilitate training.
  • Tertiary qualification in Employee/Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Law or related discipline.
