Service Technician Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing daily service and warranty calls in Victoria.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Confirm scheduled time and access with customers via phone calls
  • Drive to customer sites to meet agreed timelines, carrying out service, measurement, rework, refit, removal, and reinstall of products and parts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for resolution
  • Maintain a professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicle
  • Collect cash on delivery balances where required
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in window and door servicing is an advantage
  • Professional service, presentation, and communication with customers
  • A high standard of workmanship
  • Proficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measures
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectify, and fix in a timely and efficient manner
  • Adherence to safe and compliant work practices
  • A construction white card is essential
