About This OpportunityThis role involves working closely with clinicians in a supervised environment to provide high-quality care to patients, adhering to individualised care plans, and supporting patients with activities of daily living.
- Deliver patient-centered care
- Implement individualised care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Support patients with daily living tasks
- Observation and reporting on patient changes
We seek a dedicated candidate with recent experience in a similar role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or similar relevant qualification. You should also be available to work casual or part-time fixed term contracts, rotating shifts across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or similar relevant qualification
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance (or be willing and eligible to obtain)
- Proof of up-to-date vaccinations upon success
This position is based at the Pullman Hotel in Adelaide CBD as part of our Transition Care Service.
