Marketing Influencer Coordinator Role

This role is a dynamic opportunity to shape creative social campaigns and drive results. As the key influencer marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding influencers, crafting strategies, and driving traffic and revenue.

As a vital link between our brand and a network of Instagram and X influencers, you will ensure every partnership thrives. Your creativity, insight, and drive will keep campaigns fresh and grow our social presence in a competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with influencers, handling day-to-day engagement, communication, and relationship management. You will also work closely with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand goals and has the potential to go viral.

Other key tasks include monitoring Instagram trends, algorithm shifts, and content formats to guide influencer strategies. You will collaborate with creators to produce witty, engaging, and shareable content tailored for Instagram audiences.

Additionally, you will analyze performance of influencer content, spotting patterns in what drives engagement and what doesn't. You will identify opportunities to scale influencer and affiliate partnerships, as well as negotiate improved deal and commission structures with influencers.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong focus on Instagram and X campaign and creators. You will have a deep understanding of Instagram and X features, algorithms, and content formats.

Required skills include proficiency in data analysis with the ability to use tools such as Modash, HypeAuditior or similar tools. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills are also necessary to secure mutually beneficial agreements with influencers and affiliates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for clear, engaging communication with influencers, affiliates, and internal marketing teams. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot quickly, and propose creative solutions to optimize campaign performance is essential.
