About the RoleAs a Banking Consultant in our team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by adopting a customer-centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers. You'll be responsible for serving customers directly, having needs-based conversations, and managing them through the associated property purchasing journey. You may also provide support to more junior solutions and service staff for complex customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide seamless branch experiences by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
- Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
- Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally bring:
- Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
- Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Sound understanding of compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
