About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Pilot and evaluate new Salesforce features and functionalities, assessing their potential value and impact on the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work closely with Technology Delivery Managers, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Test Leads, and Product Owners to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and extensive experience in leading and implementing Salesforce integrations and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative features and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
  • Familiarity with source control tools like Git.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Proven experience in piloting and evaluating new features or technologies.
