Procurement Transformation Specialist

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced procurement transformation specialist to drive the improvement of our procurement processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement elements, including RFPs, purchase requests, negotiations, contracting, and procurement policies.

The successful candidate will manage global teams, driving cohesion and excellence in their work. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational improvements, organisational change, and project management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of managers and analysts focused on career development and process improvement.
  • Identify, define, and lead the delivery of multiple procurement programs.
  • Develop and implement communication and change management strategies.
  • Manage procurement's process and policy documentation to ensure accuracy, currency, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement transformation programs.
  • Support the implementation and management of a procurement data analytics strategy.

Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement elements and responsibilities.
  • Experience managing global teams and driving cohesion and excellence.
  • Expertise in operational improvements, organisational change, and project management.
  • Previous experience with procurement tools is required, experience with Coupa would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
