**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of a new outsourcing framework for our business.

As a key member of our team, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver the required changes across the outsourcing framework. This will involve strong written communication to draft and develop new policies and processes.

You will also support project management of this transformation program to meet key milestones and regulatory commitments. Additionally, you will successfully roll out and imbed the new outsourcing framework with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Undertake a gap analysis across the existing outsourcing framework and assess these findings in conjunction with existing known improvements forming a recommendation on change.
- Lead and deliver the required changes across the outsourcing framework, which will require strong written communication to draft and develop new policies and processes.
- Proactively supporting project management of this transformation program to meet key milestones and regulatory commitments.
- Successfully roll out and imbed the new outsourcing framework with key stakeholders.

**Requirements**

- Experienced procurement professional with strong banking/financial services/wealth management/transformation experience.
- End to end procurement process knowledge.
- Experience in policy analysis and development.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
