THE POSITION

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as a brand ambassador, showcasing comprehensive product knowledge and tailored customer service.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and processing transactions.
  • Collaborating with management and the store team to meet key performance indicators and objectives.
  • Supporting the team with various tasks, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and overall presentation.
  • Addressing customer complaints by escalating them to management when necessary.
  • Completing all required training related to products, policies, and procedures.
