About the Role

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the warm welcome that sets the tone for our guests' stay. You will provide personalized assistance, local insights, and exceptional service, turning each guest's stay into a memorable adventure.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Roll out the red carpet of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-out.
  • Assist guests with transport, travel arrangements, luggage delivery, storage, parking, and valet services.
  • Confidently communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services by having a deep understanding of products and offerings.
  • Share information on neighborhood hotspots and must-visit gems from your treasure trove of knowledge.
