Visual Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design community, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message across various marketing channels.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in visual design or creative communications, preferably within a creative agency or with exposure to B2B/tech brands. A strong portfolio showcasing creative range, polish, and attention to detail is essential. The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging visual content for digital platforms, including sales assets, presentation decks, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that support commercial goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand systems and design guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years' experience in visual design or creative communications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative range, polish, and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
