Senior Brand Design Lead

This role focuses on creating innovative and captivating brand campaigns for entertainment brands. As a Brand Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and launching brands, pushing existing brand systems, developing standout campaigns, and producing high-quality design.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio spanning brand identity, campaigns, digital, and print. They will be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a working knowledge of AI tools and a genuine curiosity for how tech can streamline design rollouts.
As a key team member, you will balance everyday design campaigns with conceptual brand and campaign projects, collaborating closely with strategy, production, and marketing partners. You will lead by example, delivering strong, original design work while guiding and inspiring those around you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Balance everyday design campaigns with conceptual brand and campaign projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on new brand projects, bringing brand experience to the fore.
- Champion and police brand guidelines, knowing when to push, adapt, or break them.
- Partner with the Creative Director and wider design team to deliver design solutions across digital, print, motion, and campaign work.
- Mentor and inspire designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
