Job Title: Finance And Communications Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, process income and expenditure, and provide administrative support.
  • Process all transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile bank transactions with bank statements and data.
  • Support financial reporting for internal use and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare payroll notifications, maintain payroll records, and process wages.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
  • Experience of a communications role in a community setting to encourage participation.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Drive.
  • Ability to give good attention to detail and work collaboratively as part of a team.
