Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in South Nowra, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic quality control team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Compliance

Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with HACCP and audit process guidelines.

  • Quality Improvement

Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement quality improvements that align with company goals and objectives.

  • Documentation Management

Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, including protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures.

  • Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action taken.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications

Hold qualifications in Quality Assurance or a related field such as Food Science or Manufacturing Technology.

  • Experience

Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

  • Skills

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education

Hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance or Food Science.

  • Knowledge

Have knowledge of HACCP principles and guidelines, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
