Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client communication and customer care services.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Perform various clinical tasks, including IV catheter placement, blood collection, and diagnostic testing.
  • Record and assist with pathology procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
  • Ensure the well-being of patients during surgical and inpatient care, including anaesthetic monitoring.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and prepare equipment as required.
Requirements
  • A qualified Vet Nurse with at least 2 years' clinical experience.
  • A team player who demonstrates energy, empathy, and initiative.
  • An individual with a great sense of humour and a can-do attitude.
  • Someone comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • A passionate advocate for gold-standard patient care and client communication.
  • A strong time manager and multitasker in a dynamic environment.
Clinic Hours
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm.
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Sunday: Closed.
