Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated veterinary nurse to join our dynamic team at Greencross Vets Tweed Heads.

This is a part-time role that offers a coastal lifestyle and career growth opportunities within a small animal practice with a welcoming atmosphere.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-house client communication
  • Collaborative consulting with the veterinary team
  • IV catheter placement
  • Blood collection and diagnostic testing
  • Recording and assisting with pathology procedures
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Surgical and inpatient care
  • Clinic cleanliness

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in veterinary nursing
  • At least 2 years' clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
