Job Title:

Communication Tower Specialist

Job Description:

The selected candidate will perform a range of tasks related to the installation and maintenance of communication towers, including climbing and rigging. They will be required to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting senior tower professionals, training junior technicians, laying out and installing ice bridges, performing cad welds, building out tower platforms, and routing and securing hybrid cables and jumpers. The successful candidate will also troubleshoot fiber, power, and RF issues using specialized equipment.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of public safety and security regulations, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in wireless technologies preferred.
  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
  • RF Awareness Training preferred.
  • OSHA10 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
