**Exciting Opportunity for a Seasoned B2B Sales Expert**

RS Group plc is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in Victoria. As a key account manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and buyers at key account and corporate customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with key account and corporate customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to deliver sustainable short-, medium-, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations to customers to showcase the benefits of RS Group plc as a preferred supplier.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Higher studies in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, and/or a commercial discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious growth targets.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Key account management and broader commercial exposure and awareness.
  • Technical aptitude combined with a product/service solution provider mindset.
