About the Role:

You will work in our Croydon office, collaborating with colleagues to develop tailored therapy plans that address the unique needs of each participant. This role demands strong relationships-building skills, as you will form meaningful connections with participants and their families to support them throughout their journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans for participants with ASD and ID.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in speech pathology.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Qualification as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Current SPA registration.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
