We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with other developers to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust backend systems.

  • Lead the development of new features, ensuring seamless integration with frontend technologies via GraphQL and REST APIs.
  • Architect, build, and enhance backend data collection and processing using technologies such as PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Hasura, and AWS.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex backend issues, ensuring high performance and reliability across all environments.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of demonstrable experience in backend software development, a strong focus on cloud platforms, extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure, and proficiency in multiple backend programming languages.

In addition, you will be flexible and adaptable, with a strong agile mindset, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation.

You will also be eager to learn, take on new challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
