Job Overview

As a retail leadership professional, you will oversee three stores, guiding Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is based at our Fitzroy store and also involves supporting teams at Indooroopilly and Karrinyup.

  • You hold experience as a multi-site retail leader or have a strong background as a Store Manager looking for a new challenge.
  • You're passionate about creating memorable interactions with customers and fostering a sense of community.
  • You've demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote our brand values across all stores.
  • Lead and inspire Store Managers through regular check-ins, coaching, and motivation to keep teams on track and performing well.
  • Drive sales growth, KPIs, and community engagement throughout the cluster by serving as a role model.
