We are seeking Part-Time Gaming Attendants to deliver exceptional customer service to our VIP customers in a fast-paced gaming room. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer service to VIP customers.
- Bartend and deliver food offerings to patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle cash transactions and assist customers with machine payouts.
- Troubleshoot gaming machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions to customers.
About You:
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including late nights and weekends.
- Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience working in hospitality, gaming, TAB, and Keno (desirable).
- RSA/RCG certification (or willingness to obtain).
