About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Gaming Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service to our VIP customers in a fast-paced gaming room. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster and have strong availability including overnights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Bartend and deliver food offerings to patrons.
  • Cash handle and assist customers with machine payouts.
  • Troubleshoot gaming machines.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster including late nights and weekends.
  • Strong Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's license and reliable car.
  • Previous experience working in Hospitality, Gaming, TAB & Keno (desirable).
  • RSA/RCG (or willing to obtain).
