Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their daily living activities, including domestic and personal care assistance.
  • Assist individuals to access and engage with their community, promoting social inclusion and connection.

Requirements
  • Ability to work shift work, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays, with a high level of availability.
  • Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn software programs.
  • Current driver's license.
