As a Disability Support Worker with Anglicare Tasmania, you will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Assisting with medication administration and meal preparation
- Supporting clients with transportation and social activities
- Recording and reporting client progress and needs
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or currently working towards one
- Experience in the disability industry
- A current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration
- A National Police Check (Working with vulnerable peoples)
