Our organization seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support services to residents in a Parkes facility.
">- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' nursing needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and ensure timely updates to documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care, prioritizing individualized needs and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including ACFI claims, and participate in regular care plan evaluations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care, demonstrating expertise in quality care and support services.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, ensuring continuity of care for our residents.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
