Caregiver Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team at a facility in Parkes, NSW.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' needs and develop personal care plans accordingly.
• Implement nursing care plans to ensure high-quality support for residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Participate in quarterly evaluations of care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) claims.

• Registered Nurse with current general Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
• Minimum 2-year experience as an RN within Aged Care, preferably in a similar setting.
• Ability to provide high standards of quality care and support services to frail-aged individuals.
• Knowledge of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.
